Actually, I should mention the iPhone/Android phone preview area doesn’t preview on any page (just that little rotating hashed circle), not just the Quiz Module, so I’m thinking it has nothing to do with the module itself.
I also noticed the “Careful, someone else is working on this application” warning at the top of the screen but I don’t have this open on any other device. Relevant?

For those who have a similar problem, support already solved it. Its under app/configs/app.ini then simply replace the value of the following:
resources.db.params.host = “put your host address here…”
The problem could be the resources that’s available to run the processes. Let the support team know the specs of your setup and ask them does it meet the requirements.
Though I don’t need the service, it’s a good idea ;-)

Weird… Does this happen with all new V2 folders (in all of your apps)?
I only have one app so far. I just did a fresh install (SAE). Same thing, in fact, even in HTML5, click on the Folders and it is blank.
Have you implement Folders V2 and was it working for you?

When the client app has no access to internet, both wi-fi and 3G/4G is not available, he is not recieving push notifications to the device.
Pushes still appear at the “Push” menu in the application itself, but no pop-up after connection to Internet becomes available again. It means if my app user goes without Internet he is gonna miss push notification, until he manages to enter Push Menu.
Any suggestions how to fix it?

I think I get the idea to the issue you are having.
But as far as I experience, if user close the Siberian App (after the internet connection re-established) and relaunch the app, he will receive pop-up PN for the unread message.

You are totally right. Is still appears in the app, but not in the Android Status Bar.
But I would like to make my app able to send push notifications even if user doesn’t launch it after the internet connection.

Siberian Devs are working on Remastering the Siberian and hopefully the improvement also includes the PN flow.

As far as I can understand your issue, here is my opinion :
1. Try to downgrade to 4.12.23 and do update normally to the latest version release.
2. Check the php.ini, apache and nginx configuration if is set properly, specifically look for timeout values and try to increase… let’s say to 200. This number has no rules and can increase with any reasonable number if you understand the logic.
3. If still would not fixed, I would think it is due to limitation to the server on some shared hosting. Please consider getting VPS even for deploying SAE.

Maybe something like constant checking every 10 seconds or so if the last push recieved appeared in the Android Bar. And if not – send it to Status Bar.
