So i bought the taxi-ride module on the 21 October last year and i have had so many issues with it, first was my server then bugs in the systems – eg – not picking up online drivers & reverting back to France on the map and not finding my location. these were finally sorted out in mid November last year. this made me happy as in my area there is no Uber and this is the perfect Module to build an app around, so my intention was to be open by 1 December, perfect time to catch the holiday makers. well that excitement turned into disappointment when i was informed that in order to get my payment gateway i would need the sign up and install stripe to enable me to take credit/debit card payments but stripe doesn’t operate in my country, why i was not informed of this when purchasing the module in beyond me, i was then told to try stripe atlas, which i got the same response. the Siberian team told me that they would have to create a new payment gateway which would take a month, that took me to 16 January 2017, December rush missed. i had spent a large amount of money marketing the app and gearing up for the opening in December, in this time my app is already on playstore and people that downloaded it have now deleted it due to the fact its not operational as yet ( understandable, i would do the same ). on 19 January siberian came back to me saying that its ready, so i signed up for my new payment gateway “2checkout” the api was integrated into my app and all seemed to work, so under pressure to get Trippin up and running once and for all i set a new launch date 1 February, with full confidence that the siberian team had finally sorted everything out.
this is not the case – i received an email from 2checkout telling me that i cannot use their system as my type of business falls into their prohibited list. WTF? why why why siberian team did not check that before taking a month of me loosing not only income, but looking like fool. now i’m running out of money and i still cant launch, i have sent 4 mails in the last 36 hours to the support team to help me rectify this and i have heard nothing back from them. does anyone out there have a solution for me so that i can still open on 1 Feb – i cannot postpone my launch date again.
