First of all, thank you for creating this wonderful software. I’ve compared a few app makers and this is by far my favourite.
I have been using SAE to test the software with the idea of investing in MAE if I see any success with my first app. I have a question and a problem:
Q) If I do upgrade to MAE, will it be possible to keep the app I made in SAE (move it across to the new account)?
P) I am almost at the end of my app-making process. A couple of days ago I tried to generate and download my mobile source codes. However, despite this long time, my app still says:

I have tried and tried to make sense of the instructions on that page and also on this page, but I can’t get my head around them.
I showed those instructions to my site’s hosts and overnight they responded with this:

However, this morning I still see the same issue.
I’ve looked through the forums and a few other people seem to have the same issue, but there’s no clear fix on any of those threads.
The help file also says “[Be carefull with those command. If you are not at ease with them, you can open a ticket we will do it for you]” but because I’m on SAE I can’t open a ticket.
Are you able to provide any help?
