Does your server meet the specs requirement as guided here: http://doc.siberiancms.com/knowledge-base/siberian-server-requirements/ ?
I suggest to use VPS because on some cases, Shared Hosting has limitation.

I have just installed SAE and have these notices on the Dashboard:
JAVA: <span class=”service-red”>Not found</span>
Optional libraries OptiPNG: <span class=”service-blue”>Not found</span>, JpegOptim: <span class=”service-blue”>Not found</span>, PNGQuant: <span class=”service-blue”>Not found</span>
There seems to be no where I can see to correct this. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
I thought this may have been an error in the install so I reinstalled with exactly the same results.
Looking forward to hearing.

Google maps now need api
I cant get google maps to work in the single apps edition. My research shows that google now requires an api to be entered for it to work. I keep getting a message saying “Sorry! Something went wrong. I can not find anywhere to add the google api. Please can anyone help me with this.

I got error like you have old version of libjpeg so below command worked for me.
yum install libjpeg*

Wondering how long it takes for SiberIan APK Generator do its job from Ubuntu Server 14.04 based old Laptop?

This is a test on installing Siberian on “dedicated” old Samsung Laptop as the specs shown above:
Dual Core Pentium
4Gb ram
290Gb HDD
I test APK generator for the first time and got the result:
474 sec.
As yo can see the IP address is set locally.
On the right portion is the app overview.
Pretty impresive the speed is! :)

for Android I downloaded the apk (SAE) and compiled with Android Studio, everything ok, the app is already on GooglePlay.
for iOS it takes more time to follow Apple’s whims than to create the app, so I bought iOS Autopublish and got a code. Where EXACTLY do I place it? In my backoffice, Settings/general? but where exactly? Can you help me?

You should check:
– your php version (should be 5.6)
– the permissions on the images/ folder (777)
