Here is the problem:
(1) We enable the offline mode for an app.
(2) Install the app on the device, Launch the app, and say “yes” to download offline content.
(3) The offline content is downloaded successfully.
(4) We close the app, turn our internet connection off, and then relaunch the app. Then, only the loading screen appears forever and the app never launches.

Now Siberian works as it should.
But another problem. If I want to send push messages, it does not work.
So, as info comes “message has been successfully sent”, but when I under features> push notifications> under managed. It shows me as failed.
What could be the problem?

I am new to Siberian & using single app edition, I want to link one page to another page.
e.g I have total three pages i.e Page 1 , Page 2 & Page 3 , I want to add page 3’s link in Page 2 & Page 2’s link in Page 1 , but I cant find the page url or link or dont know how to do this.
Can anybody help ?

If I understand you correctly.
You have 3 pages in your app. If yes, then.
You can set your design template so that the menu buttons for pages 1 to 3 always appear on the display. Then you can jump from page to page as often as you want and the buttons for the 3 sides are always visible.
So you have more space for content.
But if you want to have separate links in the content, you have to create HTML yourself. You can find this under Features> Source Code.
It works without problems also with tablets.

i have uploaded all installation files via ftp. there was an issue with running the subdomain with the ‘index.php’ file, so i downloaded the package (http://bit.ly/2hiVBbt), extracted it all locally and uploaded it all.
now, i get the installation page when visiting the subdomain. however, when i get to the database section, i continue to get an error -> ‘<span style=”color: #cf0939; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”>The database connection failed. Please, check the entered information'</span>
this occurs, despite me double/triple checking the host, database name, user name, and password. i have created new mysql databases and still receive the same error.
i appreciate any assistance anyone might be able to provide. i’m quite new to all of this, so i also appreciate your patience with me.

I have the same issue. Two SAE installs on fresh Ubuntu 16.04 server with vestacp. Export and compile android app. Everything works flawlessly, except for offline mode.
If I close app, switch on airplane mode, and then reopen app it spins for a few seconds and then says “You have gone offline”. I click on “OK” and it sits on my homepage image with a spinning circle icon.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help troubleshoot this issue.

I’m having trouble getting the SAE edition installed and am constantly hitting this error. I’m looking forward to trying out this software, so any help would be appreciated.

I’ve tried using both the zipped index.php and also a clone of the git repo, both with the same result
Error: error_<hash>.log
This error is showing CRIT (2): Fatal Error with further details as:
The session has already been started. The session id must be set first.
But I suspect this to be a ‘red herring’ because of the error in output.log

This error is showing Fatal Error when trying to disable SQL strict mode with further details as:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory
So normally this would indicate that the software is trying to connect to MySQL using a unix socket, so I’ve checked that MySQL is available on both 127.0.0.1:3306 and also at /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
I’ve confirmed that the PHP default sockets are pointing to the correct locations.

I installed the index.php file on my remote VPS.
All went fine but, my servers php version was < required when I tried to finalize install.
So, I made sure my local xampp install was up to date with 5.6.28
I ftp’d the Siberian install directory from my remote server to my local xampp installations htdocs (where php,Perl,HTML etc files are run).
When I tried to load Siberian for the first time, I received this error:
The following extensions are missing: – zip shell command
I did some searching in Siberian and xampp forums and my browsers search engine to no avail.
How can I resolve this issue?
Okay, I went ahead and upgraded php on my VPS.
I abandoned local install via XAMPP attempts because I got impatient waiting for answer to above issue.
So, I uploaded the file you sent me, ran it, files transferred to my VPS then, was re-directed to public_html.
I re-entered the installation directory and am presented with a screen that wants my db info and so on. I did in fact set up the db & user already, I do this a lot for wordpress etc.
At the bottom of the screen, cropped by screenshot, it says
“Congratulation !
Your Siberian CMS is set up now.
Propulsed by Siberian CMS”
With a go button.
I tried to enter my db info and so on but, go button does nothing.
I also see nothing in the config file and no reference on how to put in my db info.
I would love to use this and share with others but, can’t get it running.

Same issue described by Arbind. I recently uploaded an app to App Store and got rejected for this reason:

I also have Platform Edition hosted by Siberian themselves. It worked fine on application previewer but looks like there is issues when app is live. Any solution? Client is waiting on app for approval.

What is the exact note from apple during the rejection?
This is what they said:
We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad and iPhone running iOS 10.2 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network.Specifically, your app displays a modal alert upon launch and spinning wheel spins indefinitely.
So the alert they are talking about is the “Info: You have gone offline” which normally happens if you don’t have internet connection and have not downloaded offline content previously.
Wondering if anyone else has submitted apps lately? If so, any problems with review and performance?

The rejection reason seems to be a bit different. Are you using any ip address related thing in the app? May be something like live audio/radio streaming using the IP address?
I am not using any audio/radio or anything like that. I have successfully uploaded to app stores in the past using same way. I think it may have something to do with this HTTPS. I made a post on commercial editions forum and looks like I am not alone. Someone had exact same problem.
Not sure what to do.
