Header navigator & menu titles.

Hello,

I have 2 questions

1- When using the external link module, so the header title menu not showing , so when it goes to the website, the user can’t get back by the header navigator http://take.ms/0PhXnG

2- How to show the menu titles as it’s hidden by the navigator http://take.ms/xyNmP
